  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Evening and Weekend by appointment only.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    • Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
    • Payments may be dropped off to a staff member at the office, during normal business hours.
    • Money orders or checks may be mailed to PO Box 927, Lock Haven, PA 17745.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • What do I do if I have a maintenance emergency after hours?

    If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency and it occurs after hours, please call the office and retrieve the phone number for the staff member that is on call.  Our office number is 570-748-4227.
